Refund & Returns


Under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act, we provide our customers with a privilege to return and/or exchange the product.

Refunds and Exchanges are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong Product Received.
  • Damaged Product Received.
  • Faulty product received. Not performing function or usable as per specifications.

Our Policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
Once we confirm the refund, we advise you to wait for a minimum period of 5 working days before contacting us to get the status of the refund. If you haven’t received the refund, in 5 working days after getting our confirmation, we advise you to contact your bank or credit card company, before contacting us

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items only in case of customers who received faulty, damaged or incorrect product.

Shipping costs in case of refunds & exchanges are to be beard by the seller and are non-compensate and non-refundable. In the case of the customer receiving an incorrect or damaged product, we will bear the shipping costs.

In case of exchange, the shipment time frame may depend on your location and postal service.

For orders exceeding $500, we always recommend using a traceable parcel & purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using reliable postal our courier service.
