When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day unless the shipping time is specifically shown for a product.
Where shipping time is specifically shown for a particular product, that shipping time will be applicable (usually 5-7 business days). If this is applicable, you will see this information on the product page.
If you need any item urgently, we recommend checking the shipping time mentioned on the product page.
When will I receive my shipment?
Once shipped, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days (usually overnight) if you are within New Zealand.
If you are outside New Zealand, you will receive your items in approximately 11-18 business days after placing the order.
These are standard timeframes, however there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from the shipping company.
When can I pick up my item, if I choose store pickup when placing an online order?
Pickup is usually ready within an hour for in-store items.
